2-1-1 Bay Area is a program of United Way Bay Area
Provides cash assistance and employment services in Santa Clara County. Program is for adults with no dependent children who have no other means of support. Visit the General Assistance website to apply for benefits.

Based on income, residency, property, and citizenship.
For Vocational Services:
Must be a General Assistance benefit recipient
Apply online, by phone, in-person, fax or mail applications can be requested. After the application is submitted with the appropriate documents, an interview will be required.
