Provides transportation to seniors in the event of unforeseen and immediate needs. Volunteers are able to help within 24-48 hours of the request. Services include transportation to urgent medical appointments and help with home safety repairs. The program doesn't replace existing 7-day notice but can help in unexpected circumstances.
Eligibility
Residents (age 62 and older) of Campbell, Cupertino, Los Gatos, Monte Sereno, Santa Clara, Saratoga, Sunnyvale, or San Jose zip code 95117, 95125, 95126, 95128, 95129, 95130
