Location Overview

Provides services for Santa Clara County's Asian seniors who are often isolated do to linguistic, financial, cultural and social barriers. This program fosters physical fitness, independence and social interaction. Services offered:
  • English Classes
  • Nutritious Hot Lunches (Meals available dine-in only. No home-delivery and or to-go meal services. Meal reservation in advance is required)
  • Information/Referral
  • Case Management
  • Counseling
  • Physical Activity
  • Health Education
