Location Overview

Provides persons living with memory loss and their caregivers. Participants engage in social, cognitive and physical activities. That provide community connection and enhanced quality of life. While their caregiver receives respite. Nutritious lunch provided to all on-site participants. Services include:
  • Coaching - on-demand dementia companion and coach and home safety checks
  • Case Management - personalized care plans
  • Home Care - extra help at home and aides build a relationship with loved ones
  • Enrichment Center - center provides physical and mental stimulation
