2-1-1 Bay Area is a program of United Way Bay Area
Provides short-term financial assistance to adults without dependent children. Helps participants pay for basic living expenses, such as rent and utilities. Participants must repay county funds. May qualify for up to three months. Helps individual to either find employment or get support from other sources. If applicants are considered able to seek employment. The applicants will need to take part in the employment services program.

Provides general services during Public Safety Power Shutoffs (PSPS) and disasters. These services are still available if a power outage occurs in this facility.
Eligibility
Open to low-income residents of Napa County who are 18 years of age or older or are legally emancipated minor with no dependent child.
-Must be a United States Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident.
-Must have a physical, mental, or functional disability or be currently unemployed or under-employed.
