2-1-1 Bay Area is a program of United Way Bay Area
Provides free representation to children and youth. Assists with the guardianship process for children over the age of 12 who are not able to live with their parents or current guardians. Represents clients at hearings or helps to find a free lawyer or advocate. Offers free legal screening, advice, and representation for eligible clients. Helps with SIJs, DACA, T Visa, or U Visa. Also represents youth alleging parental abuse, neglect, or abandonment. Assists clients that have been abuse, neglected, or abandoned. As well as considering foster care.
