Provides comprehensive services to victims and witnesses of all types of crimes. Helps eligible victims apply for State Victim Compensation Program. Services include:

• Case status and case disposition information
• Court escort and support
• Crisis intervention
• Orientation to the criminal justice system
• Resource and referral assistance
• CalVCB and restitution information
• Employer notification and intervention
• Notification of friends and family
