Provides a homelessness prevention program that assists with basic survival necessities. Offers wellness support to families and individuals at risk of homelessness in San Mateo County. Services provided include food, clothing, and financial assistance such as delinquent rent, mortgage.
Must obtain a referral before calling for services.
Eligibility
Must be San Mateo County residents who meet income and other eligibility requirements.
Must obtain a referral from a San Mateo County CORE Agency before making a call for intake
