2-1-1 Bay Area is a program of United Way Bay Area
Provides general library services that include books for loan, audio cassettes, video cassettes, CD's, DVD's, reference services and inter-library loan. Also offers access to public computers and Wi-Fi.

Eligibility
Must be:
. California resident (required to obtain library card; must have a library card to check out materials.)
. San Francisco residents who have a disability or long-term medical condition that prevents from visiting the
Library
. Educators living or working in SF may apply for a Teacher Card.
. A parent / guardian must sign for anyone under age 13.

Documents
Valid photo ID, People ages 13-18 can show valid ID or have a parent / guardian sign
Fees
No fees for most services, but fines for lost or damaged items.
