Location Overview

Provides refugees and asylees direct health care services. Clinic-based services are designed to increase access to health services and include:

  • Comprehensive Health Assessments
  • Primary Health Care Support and Referrals
  • Clinical Patient Education
  • Medical and Mental Health Interpretation
  • Referrals and Support for "Green Card" Medical Requirements. Includes for Adjustment of Status for permanent residence.

Community-based activities aim to educate and build capacity for improved health and well-being. These activities include:

  • Referrals to community partners, services, and groups

  • Health Education Workshops and Trainings

  • Community Education Campaigns

  • Community Assessments
