2-1-1 Bay Area is a program of United Way Bay Area
Provides an adult day health care center for frail seniors with health problems and adults with disabilities. Offers physical and occupational therapy, nursing care, and educational and social activities. Classes, special events and lectures are provided by staff and consultants to meet the specific needs of this population. Transportation services are available for participants who would otherwise be unable to attend. Provides lunch and meals for holidays and special events.
Also offers Citizenship and legal assistance to Russian immigrants. Provides assistance with immigration law, and provides referrals for conservatorships, Holocaust survivor restitution claims, and disabilities issues.
