GERIATRIC MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES

Provides geriatric mental health services for seniors who are prone to mental illness or who are at risk of institutionalization. Services include crisis-oriented assessment and intervention, 5150 evaluation and enactment, individual and group therapy, case management, consultation, medication evaluation and supervision. Therapeutic services are provided for frail elderly living in Board and Care Homes. These services include early intervention, treatment, referral and medication management.
