Handles criminal prosecution in the Superior and Municipal Courts including Juvenile Court. Maintains staff to supplement local police criminal investigations and consumer fraud. Enforces laws against false advertising, unfair competition and other forms of consumer fraud. Receives consumer complaints within the jurisdiction of the District Attorney's Office.
