Provides a physical activity program designed to get adult cancer survivors back on their feet. Offers exercise regimens catered to their individual needs to meet twice a week for 12 weeks. Physical activity helps quality of life, fitness performance, and decreases in cancer-related fatigue.

Open to adults over 18 years with a cancer diagnosis. Medical clearance from doctor or healthcare provider is required.
